I've been actively try to avoid the gyms. Because I can workout without having to pay, and all the dudes I know with gym-body get sick so easily, probably thanks to the imbalanced diet.

Beside biking everyday, I've been running too, although not much and not this week thanks to the rain.

As an another aside, never do gym or any kind of sport with friends or coworkers. If they drop, you most likely will drop too.

well I do feel a little unease at how normie I am becoming,
but hey, it's more suffering. You know I can't say no to more suffering.

I just want to make it a good habit. and the gym is literally 10 step from the office, so literally no excuse.

and the funny part is, at my gym, the buffest guy are usually short, which make their proportion even more comical.
Like they get buff to compensate for something or something.

I don't like to get buff either, everyone know DEX > STR every day of the week.

What are you guys doing for Halloween btw. I got myself in a pickle by promising to help run an event tonight. Guess that's about as Halloweeny as it gets for me. Usually Halloween just involves being used as an excuse to go out with friends for me, or just stay at home reading Halloween-themed short-stories.
