Mình rất lười học vocab và dù có chăm chỉ ngồi học thì cũng lười ôn lại nên rất hay quên Ọ v Ọ

Cách tốt nhất để học vocab sao cho có thể nhớ lâu và sử dụng được những vocab đã học một cách nhuần nhuyễn theo mình đó là đặt câu hoặc viết đoạn, tạo ví dụ càng nhiều càng tốt. Hơn nữa, nếu có người học cùng lại càng dễ nhớ hơn ha~ Cùng học từ mới nào! ヾ(*´∀｀*)ﾉ

Batophobia - the fear of being in or close to tall buildings [Hội chứng sợ nhà cao tầng]
(from Greek batos, meaning passable)

The fear is often caused by being up in a tall building and looked down from above and found themselves suddenly frozen and extremely scared that he or she might fall down and die. People being close to high buildings might develop this fear because of the risk that the building could collapse and could get trapped under the rubble.

People with this fear usually prefer to live in one-storey houses with no stairs and elevators, and may even get scared of being on top of a stage. They will exhibit symptoms of anxiety when they are in a city with tall buildings and they might feel trapped or suffocated.

Acrophobia affects 2-5% of the population, and it is twice as commonly affected by women and for those who are poor at maintaining balance. Sufferers would know being up high is dangerous, like getting injured or even dying from falling.

Acrophobes would avoid being in high places, like in high floors of the building, on the mountain slope, while not climbing ladder. Acrophobia is most powerfully developed due to a traumatic experience with heights, like getting seriously hurt from falling off or even hearing on the news that someone died from falling.
